Our client, a leading marketing automation and email marketing platform, is actively hiring an Event Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA! This role will be hybrid with at least 2 days onsite weekly.

*This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*

You will be responsible for managing and planning the meetings and special events for the organization. You will coordinate all amenities and accommodations including site selection, food, transportation, and AV equipment. In this role, you will also monitor and control event budgets and prepare reports.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain an annual event calendar to support meeting lead generation and customer growth
• Create detailed project plans to ensure flawless event production
• Develop cross-channel marketing plans to promote virtual events
• Manage, measure, and analyze events and marketing campaigns to drive conversion rates as well as funnel optimization

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of E2E event creation and management
• Prior experience working in the software industry
