Our client, a global broadcast media and entertainment company, is actively looking for an Events & Activations Coordinator to join their team in Los Angeles, CA! This role is primarily onsite so local candidates are required.

This person will be apart of he comany's Events & Activations team and will get to help execute best-in-class press and consumer-facing events and promotional tactics via brand experiences (working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners). This will include: red carpet premieres, press junkets, talent dinners, field marketing tactics, influencer/tastemaker events, awards campaigns, and consumer stunts & activations!

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Events & Activations team to collaborate in building out event strategies and brainstorming tactics
• Support project execution by requesting assets, facilitating creative approvals, and communicating feedback to internal and external partners
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of campaign documents including but not limited to, campaign one-sheets and decks, event recaps, RSVP trackers, budget trackers, and staffing sheets
• Handle day-to-day operational support including scheduling meetings, circulating agendas, taking meeting notes, and ensuring appropriate follow-through of relevant action items
• Oversee NDA requests, vendor set-up, SOWs, and vendor invoicing
• Attend site visits and be onsite for live events and activations (including occasional travel)
• Fulfill merch requests and maintain merch and scenic inventory spreadsheets
• Research and stay informed on industry news and emerging trends

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of TV/entertainment, marketing, and/or publicity experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Proactive self-starter
