Our client, a leader in the financial technology industry, is looking to hire a Financial Operations Analyst to join their team in Tucson, AZ. This is a hybrid role and will be onsite 2x a week.

*This job is a 18-month W2 contract role with benefits and paid holidays!*

As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for processing customers' important financial documents and requests, ensuring that our client's day-to-day operations run as smoothly as possible.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers email t to support all requests, ensuring clear and concise communication an expectations
• Assess clients’ account history using internal systems, tracking, identifying, and resolving problems
• Learn financial policies and procedures, moving quickly through a work queue, and following standard operating procedures
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer account issues and resolve customer inquiries efficiently

Desired Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma required; college experience preferred
• 2 years of prior work experience supporting financial transactions and analyzing financial data
• Strong customer service skills in a financial environment
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or QuickBooks products a plus!
