Our client, the leading multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation, is looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist join their team in Roswell, Georgia! The position is responsible for administrative support in relation to a Human Resources organization project. This person supports HR and leaders across the globe and will need to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships throughout the companies diverse global business teams.

*This is a 3-month W2 to start, with the opportunity to extend or convert*

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks such in support of end-to-end HR processes such as document development, tracking work progression against established timelines, etc.
• Maintains accurate employee records and files for easy retrieval when information is requested or needed.
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data entry / processing and corrections.
• Track and validate data and run reports on a routine basis and or as needed.
• Provide HR System Management (Workday) support for all organization and people related changes.
• Liaise with Talent Acquisition on recruiting needs.
• Liaise with HR staff and HR support help-center to address any HRIS systems issues.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage sensitive issues while always maintaining complete confidentiality.
• Detail oriented
• Compelling verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to accurately produce a high volume of work under aggressive project deadlines.
• The flexibility and resiliency to work well under pressure and quickly adapt to rapidly changing needs and priorities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Workday Human Resources Information System preferred.
