Our client, A Global Retail Grocery Company, is actively looking for Technology Business Management Analyst to join their team! Candidate must be local to Salisbury, NC / Quincy, MA / Chicago, IL.

**12 Month Contract**

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Technical Writing and Process Documentation
2. Management reporting
3. Audit and Compliance Tracking

Knowledge

• Fluent English language communication
• Proficient understanding of technology and information security concepts, particularly related to software development and technology operations
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology
• Proficiency in process documentation and the ability to clearly define roles and responsibilities
• Prior experience or familiarity with Atlassian Jira/Confluence or similar work management tools
• Familiarity with information technology and security standards or frameworks a plus (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, NIST CSF)

SKILLS:

• 2 years of experience in technology, project management, business analyst, or related fields
• Experience with various forms of written communication to different audiences
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with the Agile framework
• Experience with Jira and Confluence software platforms
• Enthusiasm for improvement related to technology and vendor management processes
