Position Overview:
Lien Networks is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that attracts new users, increases platform adoption, and strengthens our position within the legal and medical industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and user acquisition goals.
- Manage all aspects of our content marketing program, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy.
- Oversee the creation and execution of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage and develop marketing budgets.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies in the B2B and legal/medical industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and measure marketing campaign performance.
- Strong communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in a marketing role.
