Our Client, a Well Known Financial Services Enterprise, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Phoenix AZ!
HYBRID! (3x Onsite in Phoenix a week)
This is a 6 Month W2 Contract open to conversion/extension!
You will play a critical factor in driving efficiencies, effectiveness and consistent delivery of high quality payroll initiatives. Colleague will be part of a team that manages complex issues end to end, driving resolution by coordinating and collaborating with internal Business Partners and Third Party Vendor.
The Responsibilities:
- Process US Payroll
- Support US Payroll
- Ensure the integrity of the payroll transactions
- Explain and communicate intricate payroll procedures in nonprofessional terms
- Lead, manage and support ad-hoc US Payroll projects
- 3rd Party Vendor relationship
The Requirements:
- 5-10 years of Payroll Experience
- Dayforce or MyInfo HRIS experience is a plus
