Project is The Content Capture Product provides the following enterprise services in support of enabling LOB partners to be policy compliant in their document storage and records management, while also enabling efficiencies through process automation.

Basically, the Product Managers right hand and be 100% accountable for product compliance.

1. Providing cross product area or cross delivery team coordination and communication
2. Supporting the product manager in the facilitation of ceremonies and events
3. Supporting the product manager / product owners in day-to-day planning and execution
4. Ensuring information in the system of record (SOR) is accurate and updated timely, including support documentation and decisions
5. Executing change effort in alignment with the Change Management Policy and procedures
6. Measuring and managing operational risk
7. Tracking labor and non-labor expenses
8. Guiding the teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
9. Delivering capabilities using agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
10. Partnering with discipline managers to convey their concerns to scrum teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards
11. Collaborating with product owners, program, or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding product
12. Collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
13. Interacting with internal customers
14. Exercising independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
15. Serving as a mentor to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

1. 4 years of Practicing Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2. 4 years of change management experience in maintaining products/programs/projects compliance requirements
3. 3 years of experience with complex transformational products/programs
4. 3 years of experience pertaining to building complex financial and workforce management reports
5. 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Excel
6. 2 years of knowledge and understanding of system application development including large scale applications
7. 2 years of financial services industry experience
