Contract Duration : 12 Months

• 4 years of Practicing Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4 years of change management experience in maintaining products / programs / projects compliance requirements
• 3 years of experience with complex transformational products / programs
• 3 years of experience pertaining to building complex financial and workforce management reports
• 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Excel
• 2 years of knowledge and understanding of system application development including large scale applications
• 2 years of financial services industry experience

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing cross product area or cross delivery team coordination and communication
• Supporting the product manager in the facilitation of ceremonies and events
• Supporting the product manager / product owners in day-to-day planning and execution
• Ensuring information in the system of record (SOR) is accurate and updated timely, including support documentation and decisions
• Executing change effort in alignment with the Change Management Policy and procedures
• Measuring and managing operational risk
• Tracking labor and non-labor expenses
• Guiding the teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
• Delivering capabilities using agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
• Partnering with discipline managers to convey their concerns to scrum teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards
• Collaborating with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding product
• Collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interacting with internal customers
• Exercising independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Serving as a mentor to less experienced staff
