Contract Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience in production support.
- 8 years of experience in Incident Management, job monitoring, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
- 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials cloud with a focus on General Ledger or Accounting Hub Cloud Services.
- Knowledge of Ab Initio or any ETL tools.
- Knowledge of Unix.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle Financial Reporting and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Able to collaborate with different stakeholders and teams.
