Our client, a leading aviation company, is seeking a QA Test Engineer to join their team for a W2 contrac t opportunity. As a QA Test Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Information Technology Team, working specifically to support the Cargo business. This role involves participating in all phases of the development process, advocating for agile methodologies, and enhancing the codebase to ensure high-quality software delivery. This is a 100% onsite position located in Fort Worth, TX.

**This role is a 6-month W2 contract with the opportunity to extend. It is not currently eligible for C2C, H1B transfer or 1099 employment.**

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and document computer programs using advanced programming techniques.
• Evaluate user requests for new or modified programs to determine feasibility, cost, time, and system compatibility.
• Create detailed acceptance criteria and logical steps for testing functionality, data completeness, and accuracy.
• Manage and maintain automated test suites, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience/training.
• 3 years of experience with automated test engineering tools (e.g., Selenium, Serenity, Cypress).
• 3 years of experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP UI).
• 3 years of experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github, Azure DevOps).
