Their mission is to develop intelligent, safe, and efficient autonomous solutions that redefine mobility for the modern world. They're seeking a Senior Mechatronics Engineer to join their growing team!
As a Senior Mechatronics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and integration of advanced mechatronic systems for their autonomous vehicle platform. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and researchers to push the boundaries of robotics and AI in transportation.
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record (5 years) in mechatronic system design and development, preferably within autonomous systems, robotics, or automotive industries.
• Deep expertise in sensors (lidar, radar, cameras), actuators (motors, servos), and control systems (PID, Kalman filters, MPC).
• Proficiency in CAD tools (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation software (MATLAB/Simulink, ROS).
• Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design processes; familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering challenges and drive projects from concept to deployment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
