Our client, a global professional services and consulting firm, is actively looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Knowledge Management group! This role is 100% remote however they are targeting candidates local to Houston on the rare occasion that the person will need to go onsite.

In this exciting role, you will lead a large scale project/program (Global Knowledge Capture Project) as well as other smaller initiatives. This organization thrives on the delivery of complex solutions and the right Project Manager will draw upon experiences to creatively meet deliverables in a highly organized and flexible approach. This team is moving fast and needs help getting a higher degree of organization, post project capture/documentation, case study, surveys and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent influence and EQ skills are essential to having the impact desired here. Managing expectations and effective communication flow, along with building project plans, sprint cycles and cross functional accountability for delivery are necessary. Other attributes are seeing the big picture, while working through detail and flexible to pitch in as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7 years of Project Management experience
• Successful record of project delivery – on time and within budget
• Knowledge of frameworks such as – Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma, Rational
• Experience with MS Project, Planner or other related tools
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and internal communications
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication and coaching skills
• Flexible approach to delivery, problem solving and willing to pitch in
