This company in the medical aesthetics devices space is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Management to join their team. They provide devices for treatments such as laser hair removal, wrinkle removal, and tattoo removal. This would be a full-time role with a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days/week in their office in Marlborough, MA.
In this role, you will work very closely with engineering teams, marketing, regulatory, R&D, and more to lead the full end-to-end product management process for both new and existing offerings. You will also be working with global teams and customers, leading requirements gathering and VoC.
Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 5 YOE in Product Management
• Experience working with medical devices
• Experience in medical aesthetics space is a plus
• Understanding of FDA regulations
• Solid business acumen
• Experience leading end to end product management

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements and VoC
• Develop launch strategies for new products within assigned portfolio
• Support development of product lifecycle management strategy
