Our client, a electric vehicle start up , is looking for a Battery Test Technician to join their team on-site in Normal, Illinois.
This is a 4 month contract position with the potential for extension or conversion*
Responsibilities :
- Battery Testing
- Data Collection
- Crane / Forklift Operation
- Disassemble and reassembly of prototype hardware
- First line troubleshooting of laboratory failures
Desired Experience :
- Associates degree in a technology field or 2 years relevant laboratory experience
- Experience with Data Collection and Instrumentation
- Proficient in MS office package
- Battery Testing Experience
- Understanding of electric vehicles and high voltage safety
- Experience operating overhead cranes / forklifts
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
