The schedule will be weekend coverage plus three weekdays. Weekdays are flexible and are to be determined. Please note this role is subject to a shift pick.About the RoleOperate a vehicle for the purpose of moving bikes around the system Load/unload vehicles with bikes. Dock/undock bikes at stations Reboot stations, replace station batteries as necessary Communicate with dispatch using provided phone/radio/GPS unit interface Perform minor vehicle maintenance such as pre/post trip inspections, replacing bulbs, fluids and regular cleaning Follow safe work practices and help to create a safe working environment About YouYou have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordYou are comfortable using a smart phone with appsYou are comfortable driving, stopping, and working in busy, urban outdoor environmentsYou are dependable and follow an assigned scheduleYou follow instructions, ask questions, and request feedback to improve performanceYou can lift to 75 pounds; stoop, bend, kneel, or stand for long periods of timeAbout MotivateWe are the premier micromobility service operations and infrastructure experts, delivering bikeshare operations management services to many of the nation’s largest cities.
