**Warehouse / Driver Associate**

at Motive Companies Nampa, ID **Purpose and scope:**

Driver/Warehouse workers are responsible for performing an array of duties such as pulling outgoing orders, labeling product, and helping to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Driver/Warehouse employees will deliver product to customers, pick up cores, warranties and occasionally payments.

**Responsibilities:**

* Pull and prepare orders for delivery.

* Label product if needed.

* Safely deliver product to the customer

* Pick up and return cores and warranties.

* Follow directions.

* Account for pulled product and paperwork

* Have a positive attitude / Customer friendly

* Assist in warehouse as needed.

**Physical Requirements:**

* Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs.

**Work Environment:**

* Must be able to follow directions.

* Be detail oriented

* Must have great communication skills and service oriented.

**Education and Training:**

* Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.

* Must have a valid Drivers License.

* Min 1 years of driving experience required
