ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, locating parts, and recommending suitable products.
Parts Sales: Sell power sports parts and accessories to customers, ensuring accuracy in product selection and pricing.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and replenish items as needed.
Order Processing: Process customer orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery or pickup.
Technical Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of power sports vehicles and their parts to effectively assist customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new products, features, and accessories related to power sports vehicles.
Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues regarding parts availability, pricing, and product compatibility.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales and service to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and managing customer accounts.
QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role within the power sports industry preferred, but will train employee with the right attitude.
Strong knowledge of power sports vehicles (e.g., motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, etc.) and their parts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in computer systems and software used for inventory management and order processing.
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move heavy parts and equipment.
Stand or walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a retail environment.
