Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support:
- Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and materials.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, setup, and teardown.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth execution.
- Track event expenses and prepare post-event reports.
- Act as the main point of contact for riders and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate product shipments, sponsorship agreements, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on the performance and engagement of riders/ambassadors.
- Organize and manage photoshoots, video shoots, and other promotional events involving riders/ambassadors.
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and/or 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience in the Powersports Industry
- Experience with social media management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
