Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as Powersports, Automotive, RV, Marine Technician/Mechanic or other related fields preferred; willing to train entry level candidates!
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement preferred
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Quality workmanship with a focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Provide your own tools

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair Motorcycles, ATV’s, Side by Sides, Snowmobiles, and Personal Watercraft
• Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
• Provide service advisor with parts and labor estimates
• Document repairs performed on each vehicle in the Dealer Management System
• Perform assigned tasks with the highest level of quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, neat, and efficient work area
• Minimize misdiagnosis and return visits
