JobSummary:

Generate and promote a positive sales experience through best practices along with a prompt and dependable quality of service for all new and returning clients. Answers and assist with customer questions pertaining to the purchase of parts and accessories. Offer compelling reasons for the customer to do business with dealership. Maintain the display of parts and accessories. Establish buying timelines, ask for the sale and stay focused and attentive to all clients and dealership duties. Be proactive with customer follow up and promote a positive, collaborative team environment. Work to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience and increase profitability for the dealership. This is a very fast pace and high-volume position that will require multi-tasking, problem solving, organizational and team working skills to name a few. Following is a list of responsibilities required but not limited to perform:

• Sell parts, accessories and apparel. Follow a uniform sales process.

• Be proactive in customer follow-up and in lost sale tracking reporting and entry into the dealership DMS.

• Motivate clients to purchase and ensure their needs have been properly ascertained.

• Remain current with all sales training available and be proactive in acquiring the knowledge needed for the position.

• Maintain a professional Parts Department environment that includes but is not limited to the display of accessories and apparel, stocking of shelves, and keeping the department clean and orderly.

• Greet all clients in a courteous and friendly manner. Provide prompt and dependable service.

• Inform all Parts Department clients and prospects of services available throughout the dealership.

• Handle telephone calls courteously and quickly.

• Ensure Parts Department is ready for business by store opening time.

• Represent the dealership professionally, courteously, and personably in all situations.

• Complete any seasonal projects as assigned.

Qualificationsand Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Valid Driver's License (motorcycle endorsement preferred).

• 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Lightspeed proficiency (DMS) highly preferred.

• Bilingual is a plus

PhysicalDemands:

• Ability to work in an environment that is occasionally loud.

• Ability to balance and push motorcycles that may be over 900 lbs. and lift boxes over 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
