Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated FP&A Director to join our dynamic and growing team. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Finance, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing operational financial plans, managing Board and senior leadership communications, and providing comprehensive financial reporting. Expertise in cost center reporting, ad-hoc projects, and financial modeling is essential. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage all aspects of the FP&A function, including: 

• Developing and implementing operational financial plans 

• Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting 

• Providing variance analysis and financial commentary 

• Preparing Board decks and presentations 

• Communicating with senior leadership 

• Managing ad-hoc projects 

• Oversee the cost center reporting process. 

• Develop and maintain financial models. 

• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions. 

• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data and insights into business operations. 

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or similar degree. 

• 8 – 12 years of experience in FP&A or a related field. 

• Treasury, cash management, and financial operations experience. 

• Investment banking experience preferred. 

Skill Requirements

• Deep experience incorporating operational and accounting cencepts into financial models and analytics. 

• Extensive experience with presentations to senior management and stakeholders, with extraordinary attention to detail and strong data visualization skills. 

• Adaptability and innovation with an eye for developing processes that align across multiple groups and stakeholders. 

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to think strategically and work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. 

Compensation
The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $195k - $215k per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation package also includes the medical, dental, and vision and an unlimited PTO plan a 401(k) with employer match.
