Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a professional manner.

Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
-Process reservations
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent service
- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls
- Basic data entry skills for updating customer information
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products/services is beneficial
- Analytical skills to identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
