In-Home Caregiver

Job Summary:

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, in alignment with individual care plans.
- Encourage and support clients in performing self-care tasks to the best of their abilities.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are respected.
- Engage clients in leisure activities outlined in the schedule to promote socialization and well-being..
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment by following designated cleaning schedules.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client requests for assistance and handle emergency situations following established protocols.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through positive interactions with colleagues.
