We are currently seeking to hire a highly dedicated Music Teacher. Our Ideal Candidate:

• Holds, or is eligible to obtain, a current Wisconsin Teaching License in general music
• Passionate and engaging educator
• Demonstrates ability to build positive, nurturing relationships with all learners by setting learning expectations at students’ readiness levels
• Ability to maintain a positive and safe learning environment
• Collaborative and exceptional solutions-oriented mindsets
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable, especially during times of change
• Demonstrates good communication skills, including ability to guide and supervise groups of students, maintain confidentiality, and work with students in a positive and motivational manner
• Demonstrates proficient office skills with computers and software.
• Able to interact with others effectively, follow directions, and initiate activities independently
• Enjoy working with students and other staff members
• Demonstrates and supports a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion
• Spanish speaking skills and abilities are a plus
