Develops and implements digital marketing strategies that enhance Mount Nittany Healths online presence, engage our audience, and drive growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, as well as specific experience in the healthcare industry.

Education:

1) Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.2) Masters degree preferred. 3) Preference is given to graduates in marketing, media, communications or business or a related field.

Experience:

1) Three years digital marketing experience in the healthcare industry.2) Experience leading multiple types of digital marketing campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

1) Communicates effectively with professionals in other departments and builds strong working relationships with stakeholders.2) A strategic thinker who can analyze the system brand, market, and campaign to reach marketing goals on time and on budget.3) Conducts business in a professional and cordial manner that upholds the integrity and reputation of Mount Nittany Medical Center.4) Knowledge of human resource laws and regulations as they relate to the management of staff.
