Mountain High Appliance is Hiring a Receptionist Near Denver, CO
Job Description
As a well-established, full-service appliance retail store, we are seeking an individual for our Receptionist role. This position is the first impression for our Littleton and Denver Showroom clients, so providing the Mountain High Experience is essential!
This position requires Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday at our Littleton Showroom, and Monday and Tuesday in our Denver Showroom. Days off will be scheduled for Thursday and Friday.

Responsibilities Include
- Greet customers and provide beverages while they wait (coffee, tea, water, or soda).
- Answer the main phone line and retrieve general voicemail.
- Tracking Ups, Be-Backs, and helping the Sales Associates.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, presentable showroom.
- Keeping the fridge stocked.
- Handle customer service issues by sending them to our MHA customer service at all times possible.
- Run customer payments.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and organization.
Hours and Location
Mondays: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM- Location: Denver
Tuesdays: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM- Location: Denver
Wednesdays: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM- Location: Littleton
Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Location: Littleton
Sundays: 12:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Location: Littleton
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
