Compassionate team leader needed to assist the Residential Director in the Port Henry and Ticonderoga areas.
As an Assistant Director you get to:

• Act as a Trauma Informed leader while overseeing a team in residential services.
• Collaborate with the Residential Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
• Build lasting relationships
• Implement organizational strategies and oversee efficiencies.
• Provide administrative support in the absence of the Director.
• Ensure compliance with regulation and internal policies.

In order to apply:

• Skills in supervision and management required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field required.

This is a Full Time, salaried exempt position. Flexible hours are necessary depending on needs of program but standard hours are weekdays 8am-4:30pm
