Compassionate team leader needed to assist the Residential Director in the Port Henry and Ticonderoga areas. As an Assistant Director you get to:
Act as a Trauma Informed leader while overseeing a team in residential services.
Collaborate with the Residential Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
Build lasting relationships
Implement organizational strategies and oversee efficiencies.
Provide administrative support in the absence of the Director.
Ensure compliance with regulation and internal policies.
In order to apply:
Skills in supervision and management required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field required.
This is a Full Time, salaried exempt position. Flexible hours are necessary depending on needs of program but standard hours are weekdays 8am-4:30pm Employees matter! Benefits include:
