Positions available throughout Essex County, NY. As an Assistant Manager you get to:
Act as a Trauma Informed leader while supporting a team of Direct Support Professionals.
Collaborate with the Residential Manager to ensuring their goals, health, safety, environmental, financial, emotional and medical needs are met
Build lasting relationships
Ensure successful daily operations of the Residential homes
Ensure compliance with regulation and internal policies.
In order to apply:
Skills in supervision and management required.
Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field and at least one year of working in the human services field delivering services. Two and a half years of experience may be considered in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
This is a Full Time, hourly position. Flexible hours are necessary depending on needs of program but standard hours are weekdays 8am-4:30pm Employees matter! Benefits include:
