Compassionate team leader needed to assist the Residential Manager.
Positions available throughout Essex County, NY.
As an Assistant Manager you get to:

• Act as a Trauma Informed leader while supporting a team of Direct Support Professionals.
• Collaborate with the Residential Manager to ensuring their goals, health, safety, environmental, financial, emotional and medical needs are met
• Build lasting relationships
• Ensure successful daily operations of the Residential homes
• Ensure compliance with regulation and internal policies.

In order to apply:

• Skills in supervision and management required.
• Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field and at least one year of working in the human services field delivering services. Two and a half years of experience may be considered in lieu of an Associate's Degree.

This is a Full Time, hourly position. Flexible hours are necessary depending on needs of program but standard hours are weekdays 8am-4:30pm
