As a Training Specialist you get to:

• Collaborate with team members to provide direction to Direct Support Professionals in situations where intensive behavioral supports are needed;
• provide clinical guidance to promote individualization, skills development and community inclusion;
• assist with developing training plans to provide practical and effective training in therapeutic and strength based clinical interventions.
• work collaboratively with a group of clinicians in a treatment program utilizing trauma informed methods of treatment

In order to apply:
Associates degree in a Human Services field or a High School diploma with experience working with people who have IDD and/or sexually problematic behaviors may be considered in lieu of Associates degree.
WORK SCHEDULE: This is a Full Time, 40 hour per week position, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Starting Wage: $19.00-$22.00/Hourly
