Compassionate team leader needed to manage the residential programs in the Crown Point and Ticonderoga areas.
As a Residential Manager you get to:

• Act as a Trauma Informed leader while overseeing a team of Direct Support Professionals.
• Leads the teams to achieve the goals and objectives identified for the program and the agency.
• Build lasting relationships
• Positively collaborates and communicates with family members, community members, and other team members.
• Implement organizational strategies and oversee efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with regulation and internal policies.

In order to apply:

• Skills in supervision and management required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Service Field. At least

2 years of experience working in a Human Service field delivering services or a High School Diploma with 5 years of experience working in a Human Service field delivering services may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
This is a Full Time, salaried exempt position. Flexible hours are necessary depending on needs of program but standard hours are weekdays 8am-4:30pm
