Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Front Office Training Lead to join our Patient Experience Department. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team while developing towards your personal and professional goals.

The role of the Front Office Training Lead is crucial in leading and implementing effective training for Mountain Land’s front office staff. This position involves training front office specialists and coordinators, ensuring front office processes are properly executing Mountain Land's policy & procedures, and creating detailed reports to document tasks performed. This role is fundamental in Mountain Land's value of clinical excellence by training the front office staff to provide the highest standard of care for our patients.

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 a year

Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time M-F, benefited position and is eligible to receive medical, dental, and vision insurances, as well as life insurances, 401k, and wellness incentives.

Requirements

• 2 years of leadership experience
• Above average computer competency (Microsoft Office necessary)
• Strong ability to multitask in stressful situations 
• Have a valid and current Driver’s License and current Auto Insurance
