We are seeking an HR Manager with 3-5 years of experience who is ready to lead our HR operations team. In this position, you will oversee an HR Generalist and an HR Coordinator and will be responsible for improving HR processes and making them better across the whole HR Team. Someone who can demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal skills will be important traits to be successful in this role. You will work closely with frontline leaders to make sure our HR practices help us achieve our growth and operational goals. Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range
