Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office staff. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining efficient clinic operations. This is a key leadership role that requires strong managerial skills and clinical knowledge.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including medical assistants and administrative personnel

- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to regulatory standards

- Monitor patient flow and ensure timely delivery of care

- Coordinate with healthcare providers to schedule appointments and manage patient caseloads

- Oversee the management of medical records, including accurate documentation and recordkeeping

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities

- Collaborate with the finance department to manage clinic budgeting, billing, and reimbursement processes

- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes

Requirements:

- Up to Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred but not required)

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a clinic setting

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and systems

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals

- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications

- Knowledge of triage protocols, DRG coding, home care services, IV infusion procedures, gastric lavage, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), and vital sign monitoring
