Store Manager

Duties:

- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective performance
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Create and maintain a visually appealing store layout and merchandising displays
- Train and onboard new employees, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with regional managers to implement company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store staff

Skills:

- Strong mathematical skills for managing budgets, analyzing sales data, and forecasting trends
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a retail environment
- Assistant manager experience is a plus
- Ability to effectively negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable pricing terms
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training retail staff
- Multilingual abilities are an asset for serving diverse customer populations
- Knowledge of wireless sales is advantageous
- Proficient in retail management software systems
