SUMMARY
The Dealer is responsible for dealing table games professionally, accurately, and according to policies and procedures. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Company policies, practices, and procedures.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
10. All other duties as assigned.
REPORTING LINE
You will report directly to the Casino Shift Manager then to the Director of Gaming.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL AND / OR EXPERIENCE
Technical skills, Game pace, aware of game protection responsibilities, able to follow instruction, over all accuracy & proficiency.
Must be knowledgeable of West Virginia’s gaming regulations, as well as, company internal controls, policies and procedures.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
OTHER SKILLS / ABILITIES
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
You will need to be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. The ability to push, pull, reach, kneel, twist, grasp, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Will be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke / secondary smoke environment and seasonal elements.
