Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a Dock Associate at MountainMovers Transportation & Logistics in Flower Mound, TX for the 2nd shift (1:30pm - 10:00pm). The dock associate is responsible for fulfilling the logistics of receiving, processing and storing the facility's inventory. You will perform tasks like storing products, receiving incoming deliveries, loading partial trucks/full truckloads, scanning items before logging them on computer systems, maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and inspecting products to detect defects or damages.
Qualifications
- 2 years of forklift experience *Required
- LTL Cross Dock Experience *Preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with transportation and logistics industry is a must
- Team player, who will jump in to ensure the company meets all deadlines for the day and a "whatever it takes" attitude to complete the job for all of our customers
