Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Product Trainer to join our team. The Product Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate employees and clients on our products and services.

Duties
- Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on product features, benefits, and usage
- Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online resources
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on product changes and updates
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on training outcomes

Experience
- Required Skills: Outlook, Computer networking, Classroom training experience
- Nice-to-have Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Computer management, Microsoft Word, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite
- Proven experience in product training or a related field
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and computerized training tools css_spon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
