Position Summary: As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing manufacturing processes to elevate quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. You'll lead initiatives to optimize existing processes and spearhead the implementation of new technologies. Acting as a value stream leader, you'll oversee major projects, equipment purchases, and process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize engineering principles to analyze and improve manufacturing processes, driving cost reduction and quality enhancement.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer specifications, overseeing the development of new machinery and tooling.
• Lead or contribute to the concept-to-delivery cycle, managing projects from design to implementation, including prototyping, equipment procurement, and process optimization.
• Identify and manage development programs to integrate innovative technologies into production, collaborating with internal R&D teams and external partners.
• Provide technical support to account managers and facilitate communication between departments.
• Maintain engineering documentation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support plant management and teams by providing necessary tools and assistance for efficient operations.
• Uphold the organization's Code of Conduct, Core Values, and Process Based Leadership philosophy.
• Actively promote and demonstrate personal ownership of the Quality Plan and 5S Safety Program.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience in extrusion or familiarity with hydraulic presses and metal forming processes.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting new product introduction initiatives.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Dedication to teamwork and a strong work ethic.
