Mover/Driver - Big Lick Moving

• $10 per 5-star review $15 for review with photos
• 3% commission for referring customers
• Employee referral bonus = $100 after 1 week | $200 after 90 days

What You Have To Do Everyday at Work:

• Be Accountable: Arrive on time and in uniform daily
• Help Serve: Load, Pack, Unload furniture and boxes for customer’s moves
• Provide 5-Star Experience: Smile throughout the day and go the extra mile to make the move seamless for the customer
• Stay Safe: Follow all company policies and procedures for safety and efficiency
• Communicate Well: Work well amongst a team of movers daily to achieve the mission

Required to Win the Job:

• Physically able to lift, push, pull heavy objects throughout day
• Reliable transportation to work daily
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR record
• Minimum 18 Years of Age
• Ability to work varying schedules between 7am -> 7pm
