Compensation Package:

• Salary starting at $70,000
• Open to a Gross Profit Share for the right candidate

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing movers/drivers, schedules, teams
• Managing morning dispatch
• Being the first line of defense for upset customers
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members
• Assist in training and onboarding for new team members
• Maintain Accounts Receivables
• Maintain KPI’s for Operations
• Manage cleanness of trucks, equipment integrity
• Prepare payroll
• Prepare reports for management review

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of management in the moving industry preferred but not required
• Eager to grow - Looking for entrepreneurial
• Military experience is a plus
• Comfortable handling conflict on the employee and customer side of things
• Physically healthy. Can visit a job site if supervision is needed
• Understands margins and basic financials of a business

Schedule Expectations:

M-F 7:00 to 5:00

Saturday as needed

Travel Requirements: Mostly commuting to the office. May need to travel up to an hour away from the lot for a site visit.

• Waldo, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
