Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Real Estate Content Creator with Moving Greater Boston Team, located in Boston, MA. As a Real Estate Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content related to the real estate market in Greater Boston. This includes writing blog posts, creating social media content, and producing videos to showcase properties and provide valuable insights. Some work from home is acceptable.

Responsibilities:

 Tour properties and capture videos

 Write compelling property descriptions, blog posts, and social media captions

 Create stunning visual content (photos, videos, virtual tours)

 Research market trends and local neighborhoods

 Manage content calendar for timely delivery

 Optimize content for SEO and track performance

 Engage with our online community

Qualifications

Requirements:

 Proven experience in content creation, preferably in real estate

 Excellent writing and editing skills

 Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

 Strong attention to detail and creative mindset

 Good interpersonal and communication skills

 Knowledge of CMS and social media platforms

Experience or education in real estate or a related field is a plus.
