Mowery Industries LLC is Hiring a Project Estimator Near Lenexa, KS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team. We specialize in seamless aluminum guttering, window and door replacement, wood rot repair, patio covers and enclosures.

The Project Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with various parties to ensure successful project completion.

Duties:

- Utilize software such as Jobber, Eagleview and Hover to prepare comprehensive construction estimates
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine accurate material, labor, and equipment requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Develop detailed cost proposals and bid packages for construction projects
- Conduct on-site visits to assess construction sites and gather relevant data - Generate leads and follow up - Assist in developing networking and marketing strategies

Requirements:

- Proven experience in construction estimating
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, pricing, and cost control principles
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
