At Moxie Pest Control, we are committed to providing exceptional pest control services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead our commercial sales division from the ground up.
The Sales Leader for Commercial Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust sales strategy aimed at acquiring and retaining business-to-business (B2B) clients across multiple locations. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to scale a sales operation. A key aspect of this role will also be building and leading a team of Account Executives dedicated to driving commercial sales.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the commercial pest control sector.
Set clear objectives, performance metrics, and sales targets for the commercial sales team.
Identify and target key market segments and potential clients.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
Develop and manage a scalable sales infrastructure, including CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting mechanisms.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for major commercial accounts.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
Manage the commercial sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients.
Monitor financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures within the sales team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial pest control sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully building and scaling a sales team and operation.
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in building and managing a team of Account Executives.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and oversee multiple locations.
