Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Service Technician at Moxie Pest Control in Cleveland, OH. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing pest control services, identifying infestations, assessing risks, and recommending appropriate treatments. Additionally, the Field Service Technician will communicate with customers, document service activities, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Pest control experience, knowledge of pests, and treatment methods is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform fieldwork
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pest Control Applicator's license or certification (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
