Moynahan Williams, Inc. is Hiring an Assistant HOA Community Manager Near Indianapolis, IN

We are seeking an Assistant HOA Community Manager to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting HOA Community Managers with day-to-day operations
  • Performing community inspections
  • Returning homeowner calls and handling resident concerns
  • Processing homeowner communications

Qualifications:

  • Previous office, administrative or customer service experience
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to attend meetings outside the normal 9:00-5:00 workday

We offer a competitive salary package which includes health, dental & vision coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan, wellness reimbursement, plus paid sick and vacation days. This position also offers a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
