Requirements
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other general ledger accounts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and variances.
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payment.
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by accurately recording transactions and allocating expenses.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Propose and implement enhancements to financial processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Operations, and Human Resources.
- Provide accounting support and guidance to other departments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- 3 years of experience in Fintech or financial companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Google Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reconciliation of books
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification.
