We are seeking a positive, organized, proven team builder to oversee our day-to-day operations. This includes both our residential sites (covering six counties) and our Adult Day Program (located in Celina).

We also invest in our administrative team with ongoing training via leadership conferences and workshops throughout the year. This investment is to further expand your leadership skills while equipping you to be your best both personally and professionally.

Annual earnings up to $90,000 depending on experience and degree.

Core responsibilities for the Operations Manager include:

• Ensuring weekly billing process is complete
• Keeping employee personnel files up to date
• Maintaining all aspects of compliance in accordance with DODD
• Coordinating trainings for new employees and completion of the on-boarding process
• Maintaining standard filing systems for all data as required by DODD
• Overseeing daily operation systems for each site ensuring services are being provided consistently in accordance the clients' plan
• Serving as Liaison with local county boards of developmental disabilities
• Influencing team to maximize their performance
• Assisting team in generating solutions for various service-related situations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Five years of leadership experience
• Three years of business leadership experience
• Proven track record for team building and developing positive work place environment
• Computer literacy
• Proficient with Google Suites and Microsoft
• High Emotional IQ and business acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in related field
• Two years of Operations Management experience
• Experience in the Ohio DODD industry
• Familiar with Advisor software
