The Assistant Sales and Administration Manager will assist as a point of contact for all sales, service, and office administration. This position will support management by calling customers, assisting selling products and services over the phone, visiting potential clients, setting appointments, and processing sales administration.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process customer orders and respond promptly to incoming communications from customers regarding the products and services, prices, and scheduling / shipment of products and services.
- Serve as a secondary Customer Service point of contact for the company.
- Monitor service work order turnaround time and manage service activity assuring all service procedures are adhered to with efficiency and high service standards.
- Assist in the processing and monitoring of Return Merchandise Authorizations
- Collaborate and provide information on customer leads, concerns, questions and requirements
- Act as a customer advocate within the company
- Assist in setting pricing
- Follow proper accounting and auditing procedures / instructions.
- Provide proper reporting of sales, returns, etc.
- Properly file important business documents
- Assist in ensuring appropriate inventory levels are maintained in the warehouse
- Conduct basic administrative procedures to meet customer requirements
- Any other duty as assigned
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- The successful candidate will have extensive experience in customer service or sales, with excellent reading comprehension and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in all mediums.
- The successful candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Office Professional, particularly MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word. Prior experience with ERP is helpful.
- Prior management experience, an Associates Degree in Business , or prior military service is preferred.
