Position Objectives:
The Creative Marketing Director will be responsible for all creative content for Eour client's residential and mainstreet commercial business. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing & Development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and develop all creative assets related to graphic design, artwork and illustrations (website, brochures, logos, sample boards, display graphics, point of purchase material, billboards, banners, etc.)
· Manage brand standards and integrity across all residential, main street commercial and hard surfaces
· Develop residential, main street commercial and hard surfaces advertisements for seasonal co/op and product promotions
· Produce all industry trade publications advertisements
· Work closely with the Director of Marketing Engagement to create advertisements for community initiatives and corporate-supported charitable events
· Generate artwork, design, and illustration for annual customer events, sales functions and meetings
· Create and deploy Product/Marketing Campaigns and initiatives
· Manage and Develop all social media platforms, copy and content
· Manage all aspects of Digital Media including Residential Websites, video productions
Job Requirements:
· Proven work experience in a creative content management environment
· Applicable experience with MS Office, WordPress, InDesign and other applicable programs
· Excellent writing skills
· Attention to detail
· Good organizational and time-management skills
· BS degree in Journalism, Marketing or a relevant field
